Danny Totah
FOUNDER and PARTNER
Danny Totah is a seasoned finance professional with thirteen years of experience in the hedge fund industry, having begun his career at Ernst and Young LLP as a CPA in Texas. He joined a life settlement-focused hedge fund in 2011 as one of the early employees, helping to grow its equity from $20 million to $4 billion over seven years. Concurrently, he served as an advisor to the CEO, leading due diligence on various alternative fixed income strategies. In 2013, he became a partner and CFO of Ovation Partners, LP, a $750 million multi-strategy finance firm.
In 2017, Danny shifted his focus to outside investments by founding Four Point Capital Advisors, which made its first acquisition of an equipment finance brokerage in 2018. The firm expanded its portfolio with investments in tax lien receivables in 2020 and debt settlement receivables in 2022.
Outside of work, Danny is married to his wife Brooke and they have two children. He enjoys Austin's live music scene and is a dedicated college football fan.

Sarah Underhill
Sarah Underhill is the Chief Operating Officer of Four Point Capital Advisors, bringing nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning financial services and education. Her expertise in process optimization, strategic execution, and organizational development has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and supporting the firm’s continued growth.
Since joining the organization, Sarah has played a key role in scaling the firm’s operating infrastructure, including launching new servicing functions, leading a company-wide technology transition, and overseeing the launch of the firm’s captive insurance company. She has also strengthened internal systems, improved efficiency, and supported investor-facing initiatives across the firm.
Sarah and her husband, Jason, have five children. As a family, they enjoy cheering on their favorite sports teams, spending time outdoors, and traveling. Sarah also volunteers with her church community at Austin Ridge.
