Francois brings twenty-five years of international experience, including twenty-one years in financial services, to Four Point Capital. His background features thirteen years in senior management roles (CEO and COO) at global banks like Credit Suisse and EFG, as well as eight years in audit and consulting at KPMG and four years as CFO of a healthcare technology startup. He began his career at KPMG, focusing on the financial services industry in South Africa and the MESA region, eventually moving to their global Financial Services Advisory practice.

In investment management, Francois has held various C-level positions, contributing to high-growth businesses that scaled to over $1 billion in assets under management. His expertise spans equity, fixed income, hedge funds, and private equity. He holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Accounting and an Honors degree from South African universities, and is a CAIA charterholder and GARP member. Most recently he completed a one-year executive management program through Columbia Business School in NY. Francois is married to Lene, and they have four children; he enjoys participating in their youth sports activities, including American football, baseball, basketball, and competitive cheer.
